(“Akervall”) or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, patent, trademark, and other proprietary rights. Under no circumstances will you acquire any ownership rights or other interest in Akervall intellectual property through your use of this AI Simulation. You agree not to reverse engineer or break into the AI Simulation, or use the AI Simulation or any materials generated by the AI Simulation in violation of any law or to create a competitive product.  The AI Simulation is not directed at children, and you may not use the AI Simulation if you are under the age of 13. The AI Simulation is for demonstration purposes only. Do not attempt to recreate any activity shown. We may, at any time and without liability, modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the AI Simulation, or your use of the AI Simulation, with or without notice to you. In connection with your use of the AI Simulation, you may upload one or more close up photos of your face. By using the AI Simulation, you represent and warrant that: (1) you will comply with applicable laws, (2) the photos are not illegal, pornographic, obscene or injurious to third parties, and (3) you have obtained all legally required consents from all persons identified, either explicitly or implicitly, in such photos. We have no control over and are not responsible for any use or misuse (including any distribution) by any third-party of photos you submit.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE AI SIMULATION THE OUTPUT OF AI GENERATED IMAGES IS TO CEASE ALL USE OF THE AI SIMULATION.}

In the event the foregoing exclusion of liability is determined, in whole or in part, to be invalid or unenforceable, then Akervall’s liability arising in connection with the AI Simulation, or under these terms whether in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence, strict liability and other actions in contract or tort) or otherwise, shall not exceed, under any circumstances, one hundred dollars ($100).
